Pinterest Inspired Spring Wreath

Hello friends!  Get your hot glue guns ready because I’ve got an easy, spring inspired craft project for ya’ll today!  :)

One of the easiest ways to add some spring flare to your home decor is to put up a wreath on the front door that matches the seasons colors… mint green, turquoise, pastel yellow and pastel green come to my mind when I think of spring.  What colors do you think of?

As I was sitting in the massage chair, getting my toes done yesterday, I pulled out my planner to start making a list of projects related to spring.  Of course, one of my immediate thoughts was to check my Pinterest board to see what inspiration jumped out at me.  As I scrolled through my “spring time” board, I couldn’t resist the wreath project I took on a week or so ago.  It was a full week of warm weather in late February and it sent my mind and body into full spring mode.  I just couldn’t wait to start sprucing up the house with simple spring decor.

Inspired by the girls over at Shanty2Chic, I headed out to Hobby Lobby and JoAnn’s to gather the few necessary supplies.  The whole project cost me under $20.  I absolutely love the simplicity of this project and get giddy over the small pops of spring color from the fabric rosettes.  It brings a smile to my face each and every time I walk up to our front door.  For a complete list of supplies and the directions on how to make it, head over to Shanty2Chic by clicking here.  These girls are truly amazing in all that they do!

Here is the finished product for my spring wreath:

Here is my letter D that took about an hour to wrap because it’s a closed letter ;)
